Cannot login to the app

Ensure your mobile number and password are correct. Use "Forgot Password" to reset. If the issue persists, contact support.

Account pending verification

Admin verifies accounts within 24–48 hours of registration. Ensure your business details and drug license are correctly filled in your profile.

Brand not found in directory

Use the "Request Brand" feature (Brands → Request) to submit a brand for admin approval. Most requests are processed within 48 hours.

Stockist not showing brands

Stockists must add brands to their portfolio from the "My Brands" section. If a stockist has 0 brands, they haven't added any yet.

Forgot my password

Go to Login → Forgot Password, enter your registered email/mobile, and follow the reset instructions sent to your registered email.

App is slow or not responding

Close the app completely and reopen it. If the issue persists, reinstall the latest version of PharmaBandhu from your app source.
