Welcome to PharmaBandhu, a B2B pharmaceutical networking platform developed by Kakshlink Innovation By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
PharmaBandhu is exclusively for registered pharmaceutical businesses including stockists, distributors, and licensed retailers. By registering, you confirm that you are a legitimate business entity with valid drug licenses and/or GST registration as required by Indian pharmaceutical regulations.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and keep your profile updated at all times.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: (a) list or deal in controlled or prohibited substances, (b) provide false business information, (c) misuse the platform for non-pharmaceutical purposes, (d) attempt to disrupt or hack the application, (e) use another user's credentials, or (f) engage in unfair trade practices.
4. Platform Role
PharmaBandhu acts solely as a networking facilitator connecting pharmaceutical stockists and retailers. We do not participate in, guarantee, or take liability for any transactions, pricing, quality, or agreements made between users on or off the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and features of PharmaBandhu are the intellectual property of Kakshlink Innovation You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the application without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kakshlink Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the service in the past 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of major changes through in-app notifications.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of PharmaBandhu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
