No. PharmaBandhu is a networking platform only. All orders, payments, and business agreements happen directly between the stockist and retailer outside the app.

Go to the Brands tab, search for the brand you need, tap on it, then click "View Stockists" to see all stockists who carry that brand.

Open a stockist's detail page and tap the heart icon. Saved stockists appear on your Home screen under "Saved Stockists" for quick access.

Use the "Request" button on the Brands screen to submit a brand addition request. The admin will review and add it within 48 hours.

Open the stockist's detail page. You'll find their phone number, WhatsApp, and email. Use "Contact Now" to get in touch directly.

After registration, an admin reviews your details and drug license. Once approved, your account gets a "Verified" badge visible to stockists.

Go to My Brands → tap the + button. Search for the brand by name. If found, it's added directly. If not found, you can request it from the same screen.

A stockist code (or distributor code) is the unique identifier assigned by the brand company to your distribution relationship. You can add it when adding a brand to your portfolio.

Yes. Go to My Brands, find the brand, and tap "Remove". This only removes it from your portfolio — the brand remains in the system for other stockists.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your registered email, and follow the instructions in the reset email.

Go to Profile → scroll down → tap "Delete Account Permanently". Enter your password to confirm. This action is irreversible.

Yes. All data is stored encrypted on your device. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
